The 8-10 Karp Court building is owned and operated by the Gold Coast City Council and is just one of their many buildings which Austec provide services to.

Currently Austec has completed a site wide building management system which give the building management staff control over all mechanical services to each floor. In addition, we also providing ongoing support and service to all our controlled City of Gold Coast’s buildings.
